Founded in 1971, The Vikings are the oldest and largest Dark Age re-enactment society in the UK. The Vikings are the premier society presenting re-enactments of the Viking Age, with over 1000 members throughout Britain, and others across the world.

The society portrays Dark Age life providing an accurate and educational portrayal of the period, with living history village and warrior battles from Viking, Norman, Celtic and Anglo-Saxon history.

The Vikings are available for hire for events, film work and school visits. Our displays are renowned for the high standard of presentation, historical accuracy and attention to detail.
